We are offering tours of our campus for prospective AICE students. Please sign up for a date using the Sign-Up Genius link. Each tour will consist of a maximum of 7 students, plus one (1) parent or guardian. Due to limited space in our classrooms, we request that only one adult accompany each student on the tour. All students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/adult. Students may not attend the tours alone.

Parking is available in the 41/Tamiami Trail lot. This is the parking lot we share with the Sarasota Art Museum. The first FIVE rows of that lot are for STAFF/STUDENT DECAL PARKING ONLY. Please begin parking in Row F in spots #112-138. Row F is the 6th row from campus. You will then take the Pedestrian Walkway to the front office. We will meet you in the front office. Adults will need to have their license to check-in and get badged to enter campus. Students must be accompanied by an adult. No drop-offs. Click here for a parking map.

Please DO NOT park in the Bahia Vista parking lot. We understand it is an inconvenient distance from the 41 lot to the main office, but we are a huge campus and only have a limited number of visitor spots available. Parking there will take away a designated staff or student space and cause delays in our tours.

 

Please note that these dates are subject to change based on major school-side testing dates. The final testing calendar is pending approval from the district. If your tour date is affected by a change in date, we will notify you via email and reschedule your tour for a non-testing date. Thank you for your understanding. ​​​
